- Cocktail reception & buffet dinners - 1 server for every 45-50 people.
- Sit-down dinners - 1 server for every 10-12 people.
- Professional Bartenders - 1 bartender for every 50 people
- Food Stations - 1 server per each 50 people

Pineapple Tower
The base is a circle of imported & domestic cheeses highlighted with seedless grapes.
The "tower" can be 2' (25-50 people), 3' (75-150 people) or 4' (175-200 people) high and
is composed of fresh pineapples covered with picks of jumbo fresh Driscal strawberries.
Chocolate Fondue and whipping cream for dipping are the perfect added touch to this
elegant and delicious display. ($150.00, $250.00 or $350.00)

Box Lunches
Stacked sandwich on Kaiser roll or 6" submarine sandwich, side of potato or pasta salad, chips, piece of fresh fruit, jumbo
brownie, flatware, napkin and side assortment of condiments attractively boxed with a gold seal. ($9.00 each)
